About me
Since starting at Holland Casino in 1987, I have built a career of more than 35 years in land-based casino operations, consultancy, and training. Today, I operate three companies: FleXpeQt, the Electronic Gaming Academy (EGA), and the Casino Operations Summit (COS) serving clients on four continents.
I have worked with some of the world’s leading operators, including SBM Monte Carlo, PARX Casino (USA), SUN International (South Africa), Olympic Entertainment Group, Casinos Austria, and Grupo COMAR, among many many others.
As a trainer, consultant, and conference organizer, I am recognized for my edutainment style: simplifying complex concepts, engaging audiences, and making knowledge stick. My passion is helping casinos adapt to changing player expectations and achieve sustainable success.
